(1) After the child is admitted, no change in his / her date of birth will be allowed.

(2) Date of birth certificate issued by Muncipal Corporation should be submitted for admission to Pre-primary and class 1.

(3) Pupils seeking admission may be admitted only after they qualify the interaction written test held by the school.

(4) Admission will be confirmed only on the production of transfer certificate (TC) from the school last attended along with the progress report.

(5) Application for obtaining school leaving certificate must be made on prescribed form obtainable from the office. A clear calendar month's notice of withdrawal from the school must be given. If the student is withdrawn without notice at the end of the academic year, the parents shall have to pay fee for the summer vacation period.

(6) School Transfer / leaving certificate will be issued only after no dues certificate is obtained from all concerned.

(7) Following categories of students will be required to be withdrawn from the school:-

a) Those who fail to show satisfactory progress and are unable to carry on school's educational programme.
b) Those whose fee is in arrears.
c) Those whose behavior, in the opinion of the Principal, is unsatisfactory and detrimental to the reputation of the school.
